Instructions:
1. Complete the camp form and the Boys & Girls Club Membership form (from links above) and
make a check for $65.00 payable to: Boys & Girls Club of Larimer County.
2. Mail the completed forms and the check to:

3. When your check and completed forms are received you are registered. The camps are limited to 30 girls on a first come first served basis.
