PREMIER VOLLEYBALL CLUB PAYMENT POLICIES Premier Volleyball Club is a non-profit organization and we rely heavily on timely payments from Club members in order to sustain our cash flow and our budget. We are offering the following discounts:
Commitment to a team is a commitment to the financial obligations for the entire season whether you complete the season or not, excluding major injury. The following policy will also be strictly enforced for the 2007-2008 Season: Payment booklets will be handed out at all the parent/team meetings with the payment schedule and due dates for the payments. Statements will only be mailed out to people with past due accounts. Finance charges will accrue at 10% for any accounts past due by more then 30 days. If an account is more then 60 days past due and financial arrangements have not been discussed and approved by Hermie, Tom, or Kathy, THE PLAYER WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN PRACTICES OR PLAY IN TOURNAMENTS UNTIL FULL PAYMENT OF PAST DUE AMOUNT IS RECEIVED. |
