Premier Volleyball Club coaches will look for certain qualities when selecting teams. There will be 10 athletes on each team. Athletes are chosen to create the most competitive team possible. Tournament playing time is not guaranteed.

All athletes will be evaluated on these basic skills: passing, digging, setting, blocking, hitting, serving, and game play. Premier Volleyball Club's directors and coaching staff will do the evaluation and make the final team rosters.
The first tryout sessions are the most significant for the athlete's evaluation. You should try to attend both sessions if at all possible. Some athletes can be offered a place on a team after the first session. We know that some athletes will be trying out for other clubs, if we offer you a slot on one of our teams; we will need a committment within 24 hours.
If you receive an offer from another club, check with a Premier Club Director to see where you stnad with us. Cuts are a difficult part of competitve volleyball. Coaches will inform each athlete where they stand with Premier VBC by letter or phone at the end of day two of tryouts.
