Does nutrition research and has presented specifically about volleyball to many organizations, including Youth Olympic Volleyball. Offers volleyball tournament specific meal plans.

Gatorade Sports Science Institute

Believe it or not, GSSI is an actual research facility where they study athletes and what happens to the body when we perform. Everyone has heard of Gatorade, and they present a lot of the research behind it, and their continued research. They even touch on hydration and volleyball.
